Search celebrated its 45^th Year this September.

We support Older People living in Newcastle with a wide range of services including Advice and Information, Community Based Activities to address isolation and loneliness as well as improve health and wellbeing. We run Lunch Clubs, we have offer Dementia Support and Dementia friendly activities, we have a Homehelp and Handy Man service and we have specific services for the South Asian and Chinese communities.

Most of our work is focused on the deprived wards of Newcastle’s west end, where Search started in 1979.

With host Dave Johns, Jo Caulfield, Richard Morton, Gavin Webster, Ian Stone, Duncan Oakley and John Fothergill.
