Being a Living Wage employer mean the staff have a life outside of the company. There’s a real horror-show going on in the arts just now, particularly with no money being put into central funding, so it’s up to private companies like us to make sure that those in the industry can not only survive, but thrive.

We’re proud to be a Living Wage employer. Our lowest rate of pay is £12.50 which is 50p more than the Real Living Wage and over £1 more than the minimum wage.
