Stuart Goldsmith - Like I Mean It

Sunday 3rd June 2018

Comedian’s Comedian Podcast host and 'expert stand-up' Times Goldsmith now commits to the bit. This year: second international tour, seven million downloads, critically-acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe run, and look, honestly? My best ever show. I'm so goddamn proud of this, it's stupider and less clever-clogs and just the funniest stuff I've ever created. OK? Back to the PR...
Come see how 'a master of the form' Independent 'makes it look easy' Chortle . Via As Yet Untitled and Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central.

Dear Sir/Madam
Good Grief is here! Join us for an evening of comedy from emerging talent and our closest comedy affiliate. We take our comedy fresh and tasty so we're keeping the doors low and the quality high. Expect some stellar acts to drop into the North East for this. Four top acts, one experienced compere and a cracking headliner for 3 diddly squid - lovely stuff!
Yours with a ton of love and really properly decent hand shake.
Good Grief
Hot food available in the club or why not treat yourself to some pre-show dining at The Stand Bistro open Mon/Tues from 5pm (show nights only), Wed-Sat from 11am and noon on Sundays.

Lee Kyle's White Elephant Stall

Sunday 24th June 2018

Lee Kyle , the regular host of our kids show, brings a family show where anything can happen.
I mean, within reason, he's not going to split an atom or anything.
The show will be different each month, sometimes it'll be a game show, sometimes a quiz, sometimes improv, sometimes a chat show. Sometimes there will be guests, sometimes there won't. Maybe it'll be a musical one month! Sometimes, Lee won't even be there and there'll be someone else doing the show instead - but they'll be awesome too!
No matter what, it's going to be brilliant man. Come along, don't be a square.

Fancy a Sunday Roast? Why nor book a table in our Bistro upstairs for after the show? We also do Kids Sunday Lunches for only £5!
Hot food available in the club or why not treat yourself to some pre-show dining at The Stand Bistro open Mon/Tues from 5pm (show nights only), Wed-Sat from 11am and noon on Sundays.

Jarlath Regan: Organ Freeman

Sunday 24th June 2018

A selfish man (‘A very funny man at the peak of his powers’ Irish Post) is forced to reassess his entire life when his best friend needs a kidney.
A stand-up show from the creator of multi-million downloaded Irishman Abroad podcast, about life and death, give and take, Ant and Dec, youth and young manhood, getting it wrong while getting it right and never worrying about anything ever again.
Organ Freeman is Jarlath’s ninth solo show and by far his biggest to date. Fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe (Named in The Independent's Top 20 Jokes Of The Fringe) the show will continue on tour throughout the UK in the autumn culminating in this final performance at Leicester Square Theatre.
You may know Jarlath Regan from such television shows as Tonight At The Palladium (ITV), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC), Standup Central (Comedy Central), Last Comic Standing (NBC) and Goggle Box (Channel 4). As recommended by Ardal O’Hanlon, Marc Maron, Jack Whitehall, Jason Byrne, The Times, The Telegragh, The Guardian and Tripadvisor.
‘Side-splitting stuff’ ★★★★ Metro
‘More laughs in the first 15 minutes than most comedians can muster in an hour’ ★★★★ Herald
